@ManningBooks Resent both emails, I discovered that the missed May email was a repeat send of an April mail to the support address. In total I did not receive responses to emails sent in April, May & June.

@karigna Update: Not sure why, but they don't have a ticket with your email. They asked that you you please contact them again via the support@manning.com email address. Or if you can message us here if that's easier. Whatever works for you.
