Legal tech pricing is a straight-up scam. Every tool markets to solos and small firms. Big promises. Slick demos. You sign up. Then you find out the features from the demo? Enterprise only. Useful integrations? Enterprise only. Support that isn't a bot? Enterprise only.

lots of AI cos starting to experiment with paid marketing so here’s my take: Paid acquisition is a tax on your product's defensibility. the moment you can't out-spend the incumbents and competitors, you die. build channels that get cheaper as you grow or you're just renting your growth

you all see companies going from $0 → $100m in months… but here’s the real math you should actually care about for plg saas / prosumer: - ltv:cac = 3:1 to 5:1 lower = not efficient higher = underinvesting - cac payback < 6–9 months how fast you get your money back after acquiring a user - nrr > 100% how much your existing customers grow your revenue (after churn) these are a few of the key metrics you need to track as a founder, and what your investors will ask for others include: - expansion revenue drivers what makes users pay more over time (credits top-ups, etc.) - one-and-done rate % of users who use once and never come back (this is very high in ai right now…) this is different for sales-led products (e.g. enterprise) just wanted to write this because twitter feels like an echo chamber, and no one talks about the real math behind those tech companies

I got tired of showing 100+ YC founders the outbound guide that i've watched take many from $0 -> $100k, $500k, even $1m ARR during the 3-month YC batch, so i'm providing it here for free: every YC batch, I talk to new founders about the best strategy to go from pre-product to top revenue of the batch in that 12-week period. Here's what I've seen work: 1. Don't bother with cold email. Cold email infra will take weeks to setup. If you're not an expert, it's not worth it. even if done properly, it's gotten impossible to compete with AI spam taking over inboxes. 2. Linkedin is a goldmine for outbound in 2026. There's no reason you shouldn't be sending 200 new linkedin connections every week to great fit prospects. If 50% accept your connection, you have 100 new potential customers to reach out to every week. You can easily setup an automated Linkedin Connector safely. Just upload your lead list and it will auto-connect. 3. Don't automate your message sending (wait, what?) if you build your lead list effectively, you will have a list of the few hundred HIGHEST value prospects to target (your top .1% buyers). These people are really important to you, and limited. Treat them well. Try to use linkedin 'casually' to start conversations with them in a more genuine way (more on this in the full guide). 4. Build that 'top .1% list' write out your exact dream customer profile, first at the company level. Then, person level. The more specific you can be about your dream customer, the better. The goal here is to create such a perfect customer, that if they heard about your solution they would have no choice but to say "tell me more". A few more miscellaneous tips: • do max volume connecting on all of your team-members accounts • an empty note for connection requests has the highest accept rates • don't use inMail. Connect first, then message • as you connect with more customers in your niche, you will gain more mutuals and your connect rate will increase over time This is just the beginning though if you actually want to execute this well. I wrote up a highly detailed guide going over each of these sections in more depth. completely step by step. Want the guide? Comment "outbound" and I'll dm you the entire guide that shows the exact process used by dozens of founders to scale from $0 -> $100k+ ARR in their first few months, that still works in 2026.

They lobotomized Claude in Claude Code, probably because they're losing money on every call "Ads are coming but not to Claude" I don't give a shit. Bring ads to Claude if it means I get to spam 200 IQ Opus again

Half-baked theory: Don't build software for software businesses There's a clear delineation about the power of vibecoding pre and post Opus 4.5. Now I see many businesses, even non-technical users, creating their own custom software stacks: - CRMs - Sales tools - Comms ...

I book 250+ calls/mo for my clients by finding emails no other agency has access to. Instead of pulling from Apollo and stopping there... I run every list through a 4-provider waterfall that uncovers 2,000+ contacts with nearly empty inboxes Comment "waterfall" and I'll DM you the Loom showing exactly how it works *Must be following*

We built something a little dangerous for GTM teams. It’s called GTM Claw. A workflow library that turns OpenClaw + Claude Code into a customer-finding machine. Think: • Find people talking about your problem on Reddit, LinkedIn, Twitter • Identify companies showing buying signals • Enrich decision makers automatically • Check ICP fit • Push qualified leads into sequences or your CRM Just continuous discovery of in-market accounts. We’ve been using it internally at Orange Slice to: • scrape LinkedIn reactors on competitors’ posts • detect product complaints on Reddit • identify operators switching companies • surface companies hiring GTM engineers We’re opening GTM Claw in beta. Only 100 users for the next couple months. ~30 spots already filled. If you want access: Comment “CLAW” and follow me so I can dm you the link. Turn Claude Code + Open Claw into a GTM menace. 🦞

Spent £3K on Meta ads last month. Made $19K back. Every ad was created by Claude code in 30 minutes. I didn't review a single one before launching. Old way: you hire an agency. They do market research, interview you, come up with angles, design creatives. Takes weeks. Costs thousands per month and many hours of your time. New way: you give Claude Code a landing page URL. That's it. Here's what my new skill does: 👉 It extracts your brand identity 👉 It Interviews you 👉 It does customer roleplay where it literally thinks AS your buyer. 👉 Then it reads Reddit for real frustrations. 👉 It Pulls competitor ads. Then Builds a full strategy like an expensive ads consultant would. It comes back with 4 angles, 4 ad sets, 4 creatives each. Apple Notes style, fake iMessage threads, meme ads, comparison tables... all the Smash hit formats of meta ads. Ran it on my friend Tim Soulo Ahrefs product page. It picked up the brand colors, pulled the logo, and went after competitor scoring systems as an attack angle. Zero guidance from me. The creatives aren't all perfect. But the strategy and angles are genuinely good. What's really cool is this system thinks like a media buyer. It does the same research. Reads the same forums. Analyzes the same competitor ads. But it does it in 30 minutes instead of a week. I've been running Meta ads for 10 years. First time I've seen a tool that actually understands the customer instead of just generating generic copy. 👇 Video below for the full breakdown Comment Meta Ads to make a puppy happy 🐾

I built the ultimate GTM Engineer AI Toolkit that handles prospect research, outreach writing, meeting prep, and more in minutes. This is a beginner-friendly walkthrough that shows you exactly how to set it up, use it at work, and personalize it to your business. It can: - Research real prospects and companies - Score accounts against your ICP - Write personalized cold outreach sequences - Generate meeting prep briefs before calls - Help you build a repeatable prospecting pipeline - All using a free toolkit + Claude Code / Codex. This is for SDRs, founders, marketers, and GTM operators who want to use AI to do more at work without buying another expensive tool. I break down the full workflow step by step in the video. 👇 Comment "GTM GUIDE" and I’ll send you the full toolkit. (make sure you're following me so I can DM you)
