@myflowertreemft Pathetic service, you promised same day delivery, and every morning since the date of order, I get a cheerful email and sms promising delivery by 9pm. Prime example of deficiency of service. A grievance has been filed against you at @consaff with id 5480132.

I also dug a bit and seems the parcel was booked at and delivered by Smartr Logistics with tracking id 10011877661.

@MahaCyber1 If I was @saahilbigfoot , I'd take this impersonation pretty seriously. But I'm just an average joe who got scammed.

@ShiprocketCare I have reason to believe that your publically available information is being used to impersonate a Shiprocket WhatsApp account. I realised I was scammed by an e-commerce website that delivered a wrong product and it has now vanished.

@AmazonHelp (contd) I contacted support yesterday at ~ 12 PM IST and am awaiting a call back or update on my "case". I have no details or even the number of said case.

@AmazonHelp I placed an order for an electronic device, and various cables that should have been present in the box were missing. Worse still, it had some markings on it implying it was used. Secondly, there was an invoice for the same product, inside the box, dating to 1 week ago. (contd)

@kastbh We confirm the receipt of the mail and have re escalated the matter to the concerned Dept. expedite resolution at the earliest.

@TheOfficialSBI My Case with ID 127954081 was routed to "UPI DEPT for immediate redressal". I have no mechanism to follow up with UPI, or a tracking number. Please assist. I am following up since November 2022 without a resolution.
