That was not a bullish close. I expect $SPY to hug the put wall at 730 tomorrow but not have any trend moves and tread water ahead of NVDA earnings. I'll have a better idea of what NVDA might do nearer to the close tomorrow. However NVDA might not be enough to save SPY with the 10 Year Yield raging. It broke out of the last resistance level standing between it and 4.885%. The gamma picture across all expiries has also shifted to a bearish lean so as of right now it looks as if the pullback will continue at least throughout the end of the week. How deep that pullback is probably depends on NVDA, but even with good earnings buoying the stock, SPY should still be looking at a pullback to at least 720-725. If NVDA eats it on earnings then we are looking at 700 or below.
