@amazon WHY "can't" an employee give their name, when a customer is calling about an issue? Why the run around about an order -you're trying to bill a person TWICE, bank statement proves it, order now cancelled @Roku this was for 1 of your products.

@AmazonHelp How is it that if I order 2 things at the same time, and your records show one was approved but not the other, from what I could understand of employee is that it had to do w/ a "non pin" mastercard, so can that be explained?

@AmazonHelp I understand that , and the bank DID authorize the funds to be taken for the orders, I have my bank statemtn- which I just went and got this morning. The employee who was very rude - didn't seem to grasp that point.

@AmazonHelp I ordered 2 things on the same day -had enough money in my account to more than cover the 2 items, yet employee-who refused to give her name -says my bank didnt approve part of order -but I have proof in my hand they did, so why double billing me/
