@TGIFridays booked a birthday party package for my 9 year old. Completed the pre order. Arrive at the restaurant to blank looks and utter surprise that people might be wanting to eat anything. Terrible service. No table cloth to colour. No birthday hat. Worst party ever. Ever.

@giffgaff I’ve messaged you twice and you said it would take 48hours to reply,a week ago and you haven’t! I returned a phone to you 2 weeks ago and you still haven’t refunded me or acknowledged the return, the phone came in an horrendous state, you are impossible to get hold of!

@giffgaff I have sent a phone back for a replacement. The site is saying still waiting for it to arrive but Royal Mail says it was received at your centre days ago. I am sending you a dm now.

@kateflint3 Hi Kate, following a delay to Aurora’s refit, it has been necessary to cancel the three-night cruise to Belgium due to depart today, Monday, April 21, 2025. This cancellation is only in relation to R505. All other future cruises are unaffected.
