@TwycrossZoo I’ve just purchased plus passes for our first visit on Sunday but when I try pre-booking the soft play it’s charging me. Do I have to wait until the day of our visit for that to activate? I was hoping to secure a slot in advance as it might be busy.

@skytv the show I’m watching goes to a black screen 18 minutes in, the audio is ok and the title screen shows when it comes to the ads (I have ad skipping but there’s no need to skip it as it doesn’t go to the ad) What’s going on?

@SkyWitness watching on demand and 18 minutes into a programme there is still sound but the picture goes black. Restarted and it does it again.

@Inpostukhelp I’ve stopped receiving QR codes to collect my purchases, I’m just being sent a number code instead. Is there a setting that I need to change?

@skytv Is Disney+ being added to my Sky subscription? Does that mean I can cancel the subscription I already have for it? I pay £12.99 a month for Disney+ and my sky bill is increasing by £10 so I’ll need to offset it somehow.

@tu_clothing I bought my daughter an Elsa costume for her birthday, she opened it today and within 30minutes this happened. She loves it and is devastated, such poor quality material. Your costumes are usually much better than this.
