thank you @alimoore004 for sharing real stories about school can't, and not letting Mathew Bach share his harmful ideas without any pushback. Forcing school cant kids to school can be very harmful. His ideas are not backed by current psychological research or lived experience.

@DrBron My high school kids have to log in to each class via teams then work on tasks, my grade 4 kid logs on each morning for video chat and has a list of task to complete each day. High Schoolers are mostly working independently, little one needs more help from me.

Aussie parents with school kids at home (Victoria?) - can you please tell me exactly what that looks like? Are they being sent homework, websites, worksheets, lessons via Zoom or other? HOW are they being taught? How much reliance on parental monitoring?
