Bill 2 is not tabled yet, but the news is out. They’re going to use the Notwithstanding Clause to override the Constitution and to strip teachers of their rights to association and collective bargaining. And they’re going to use huge fines to discourage defiance.

In case you aren’t paying attention- recent AB legislation criminalizes doctors who provide evidence based care. As did the opiate prescription changes. This is deeply worrisome. So far targets people with opiate use disorder, kids with gender dysphoria. Who’s next?
