@FedExHelp why was my package not delivered because “customer not available” when I was home all day and a door tag wasn’t left? I checked my security footage and confirmed that a delivery was never attempted. This happened two days in a row

@FedExHelp two days in a row now, a driver has claimed to have made a delivery attempt. I was home all day both days and no one has been here and a door tag wasn’t left. I have called customer service twice with no follow up or resolution. Unacceptable.

@FedExHelp how do you explain why my package wasn’t delivered because “no one was home” when I was home at the time they claimed they attempted delivery??? No one knocked or rang the doorbell and a door tag wasn’t left.

@regal_kyle @amazon Now they just keep repeating that items are charged as they ship and the $40 is for the tablet. Even though my order details and confirmation email show that the total when I purchased the items on prime day was $20 😑😠

@regal_kyle @amazon Mine finally shipped yesterday with the case to ship next week, but they charged me $40. First they insisted it always just an authorization charge that would fall off in a couple days, it hadn’t shipped yet, and I would be charged $20 once it shipped.
