@Eurocamp_UK Our holiday has been booked for months, during which time we’ve been repeatedly reassured you were going to deal with the travel side imminently. Whenever we chased we were reassured by you. Now we’re told it’s too late. It’s not good enough.

@Eurocamp_UK we waited for months with you saying you’d organise our ferry booking. Yesterday, you said bookings were opening. Today, I tried to book but your system went down. Now all the cabins have sold out! I have a chronic illness, my mother is elderly and I have twins 😬

@Eurocamp_UK We have our accommodation booked, so that won’t work. Can’t change dates for the holiday either due to school holidays and leave from work. Any suggestions about sorting appropriate accommodation for the ferry?

@AvivaUK I’m trying to talk to you about a health insurance claim, but I’ve been on hold for over 3/4 of an hour. I’m in pain but can’t take my painkillers as they’ll knock me out and I need to be awake to talk to you. How long will I need to wait?

@AvivaUK I finally got through yesterday, and was told I would be emailed a list of specialists/hospitals. This has not arrived. I am still in pain and am unable to move forward because I can't communicate with your people effectively.
