External validation of nomograms for predicting lymph node invasion (LNI) in prostate cancer patients with negative PSMA PET-CT. What did we find? The Briganti 2023 nomogram is the most accurate! 📊✅ 🔍 Why does it matter? Extended pelvic lymph node dissection (ePLND) is the gold standard for staging but comes with risks.
