Which generation faced the most expensive house prices? Surprise: It was Boomers (according to a @WSJ analysis). Also striking, and consistent with what I found in *Generations*, Millennials who bought houses in the 2010s got the deal of a lifetime ... right when the "Millennials will never be able to afford to buy houses" narrative was at its peak.

BUSTED! Jon Horner, a British citizen, was recently arrested by CBP Field Operations SRT. He entered the US as a tourist, but with collaboration from partners in the UK and with @Europol, it was revealed that he is a registered sex offender with multiple convictions in Britain. Our officers in Florida arrested him and began the removal process.

Saludos 🫡

I was homeless in SF for several years. A church full of cots, or a fancy downtown cot (mostly full of illegal aliens sending home remittances instead of paying rent), or a few other possibilities. Homeless there don't really need that much. If you want to fix homlessness, make a few thousand cots to stay the night in, a few thousand tables for a morning and evening meal, and harass the shit out of anyone who wants to camp out on the streets 24/7.

LPGA returns this week in L.A. without Nelly Korda, Jeeno Thitikul Nelly Korda has lost to only two people in 2026: Hyo Joo Kim (twice) and Lauren Coughlin. The former No. 1’s finishes this season are 1-2-2-T2. It’s been 20 years since an LPGA player finished runner-up in three consecutive weeks, and that was Lorena Ochoa in 2006. The LPGA Hall of Famer went on to win five times after that run of close calls. After a week off for The Masters, the tour returns for this week’s JM Eagle LA Championship, though 27-year-old Korda is not in the field. Her run-up to the LPGA’s first major of the season looks different this year, and it’s easy to understand why. Full story below: (Getty Images)

[Kirk offers Nero assistance] Spock: Captain, what are you doing? Kirk: Spock, showing them compassion might go a long way to promoting peace between us and the Romulans. It's logic, I thought you'd like that. Spock: No, not really. Not this time. Nero: I would rather suffer the end of Romulus a thousand times. I would rather die in agony, than accept assistance from you! Kirk: You got it. Arm phasers, fire everything we've got.

🚨BREAKING: This giant banner just went up in Tehran, featuring Trita Parsi, founder of NIAC and co-founder of the Quincy Institute in America. The quote they put on it in Persian: "Trump’s failed war has eliminated the power of America’s military threats." The Iranian regime is literally putting his face on billboards to celebrate "defeating" America. Trita Parsi, a green card holder living in the U.S., has spent years in Washington shaping the Iran debate in ways that consistently echo Tehran's line. Court documents from years ago exposed his repeated contacts with regime officials and helping arrange meetings for Javad Zarif with American politicians. And just this February, on Iranian state TV during a political talk show, regime figures openly called him "the Islamic Republic's lobbyist in America." They said it on camera. A guy with deep regime-adjacent ties, influencing U.S. foreign policy conversations from inside America, now the mullahs are bragging about him on public banners in Tehran. @POTUS @StateDept @USCIS @SecRubio @marklevinshow

Javid shah!

@kbnxray @r0ck3t23 As a former elementary school teacher, I remember our principal guiding us to follow state standards. Unfortunately, slower learners were forced to take the same standardized state tests at the end of the year as the faster learners. It was as if the test was the most importantl

Elon Musk thinks the entire education system is built on a broken assumption. That every student should learn the same thing. At the same speed. In the same order. At the same time. Musk: “Everyone goes through from like 5th grade to 6th grade to 7th grade like it’s an assembly line. But people are not objects on an assembly line.” The model was designed for a factory economy. Standardized inputs. Predictable outputs. That economy is gone. The assembly line is gone. But the education system still runs on its logic. A student who masters algebra in two weeks sits through eight more weeks because the calendar says so. A student who struggles gets dragged forward because the schedule doesn’t wait. Neither is being served. Both are being processed. Musk: “Allow people to progress at the fastest pace that they can or are interested in, in each subject.” AI doesn’t teach a classroom. It teaches a student. One at a time. Every time. It skips what a student already knows. It finds where they’re stuck and approaches it from a different angle. It adjusts in real time. Not at the end of a semester when the damage is already done. A student obsessed with basketball learns fractions through shooting percentages. A student who builds in Minecraft learns geometry through architecture. The subject doesn’t change. The entry point does. No teacher with thirty students can do this. Not because they lack skill. Because the math doesn’t work. AI doesn’t have that constraint. Musk: “You do not need to tell your kid to play video games. They will play video games on autopilot all day. So if you can make it interactive and engaging, then you can make education far more compelling.” The brain isn’t broken. The format is. Kids learn complex systems and strategic thinking for hours voluntarily. Then walk into a classroom and can’t focus for twenty minutes. That’s not a discipline problem. That’s a design problem. Musk: “A university education is often unnecessary. You probably learn the vast majority of what you’re going to learn there in the first two years. And most of it is from your classmates.” Four years. Six figures of debt. And the real value comes from the people sitting next to you. Not the institution charging you. The degree doesn’t certify knowledge. It certifies endurance. Musk: “If the goal is to start a company, I would say no point in finishing college.” The system was built to train employees. If you’re not trying to be one, it has nothing left to offer you. Every lecture. Every textbook. Every curriculum. Now available instantly. Personalized to any learner. Adapted to any pace. The question isn’t whether the old model survives. It’s how long we keep forcing students through it while the replacement already exists.
