This year, I had just one birthday wish: A day with no obligations – just me, my coffee, and the new website. And yes – it’s live: kdstudio.ch/en KD Studio™ is the result of years as a designer, host, and Webflow Expert – a studio for digital experiences in tourism, based in Arosa, built for those who want to truly connect with their guests. The new site wouldn't be possible without @webflow and @osmosupply. I’m grateful for every click, every bit of feedback, and everyone who’s been part of this journey. Thank you to those who have supported, challenged, or simply encouraged me along the way. How do you like the new site? #TourismDesign #BrandingForHospitality #WebDesignForTourism #GuestExperience #SwissDesignStudio #WebflowExpert #KDStudio #DesignForHotels #VacationRentalMarketing

Earlier this week, we launched Wondercraft Video. Ahead of launch, we gave access to 10 creators and ran a $25K challenge to make our launch video. The results were wild and showed how AI video can be actually useful. RT and comment “WONDA” and I’ll DM you 1,000 free credits.

Over 10 years, my teams at my agency SuperFriendly delivered 125 projects. Projects ranged from free to $960k ($89K on average). We tracked, documented, and organized every single one in a giant spreadsheet. Now, I’ve turned it into something you can use. Inside the spreadsheet, you’ll find: ✅ Work spanning branding, UX, campaigns, and strategy ✅ Projects across tech, retail, media, and nonprofits ✅ A decade of lessons on what clients actually buy ✅ Patterns you can use to position your own offers ✅ A shortcut for benchmarking your own projects This isn’t theory. It’s a real-world record of agency work across 10 years. We went from $0 to $3M. In this document, you can see how we did it, project by project. I’m sharing this for a few reasons: 1️⃣ What gets measured gets managed. We can’t make more money if we can’t even talk about it on the same page. 2️⃣ To show what’s possible. I didn’t know it was possible to sell a website for $10k—or $100k—until I did. What if I had known sooner? I can’t change that for me, but I might be able to for you. 3️⃣ It makes me a better teacher. I can’t teach “real-world” lessons if I’m hiding the real numbers. Students deserve context, not just theory. I could sell this. But I’m giving it away for free instead. Want the spreadsheet? → Like this post + comment “PROJECTS” And I’ll send it your way.

@tonyseets what if... idk, you leaned into the community more to create that content and paid them to do it? there's more of the community than staff. not everything has to be top quality but at least you'd have REAL community members creating content faster and would have personality

I turn away a lot of work at Designjoy, either because I don’t offer it, or I’m fully booked. If you’re available for freelance gigs, drop your name + what you do below. Projects are typically in the $5k-$20k range. DMs are not allowed, and I’m not interested in commission.

We’re almost at 950 paid members on @osmosupply — so I dove into the data to see where our users are coming from! Turns out: - 🌍 We have members in 74 countries - 🇺🇸 🇳🇱 🇬🇧 Most users: US, Netherlands, and the UK Hard to believe we hit this milestone just 5 months after launch.

I moved the startup office to Hossegor, France 🇫🇷 It's been a few days, and we love it. It has the vibes of Canggu, Bali. Young and good-looking people everywhere. Bunch of coffee shops and gyms. Surf / laid back vibes. + It's incredibly beautiful, like New Zealand. There are Pyrenees mountains and the Atlantic ocean. It's very green and peaceful. ++ It's France, so the food is delicious (of course).

Got the keys two weeks early—and I’m beyond excited. It’s just an empty room right now—quiet, echoey, a little dusty. But to me? It’s a blank canvas. This space represents every late night, every risk, every leap I’ve taken to build something of my own. I don’t know exactly what it’ll become yet—but I do know it’s the start of something big. I want to make this more than just an office—I want it to feel like a space that fuels creativity, focus, and bold ideas. Any tips for setting up the ideal design studio? #BlankCanvas #NewStudioVibes #KangarooDesign #CreativeWorkspace

Designers, here's an insider tip you won't want to miss… The creators of @TheLogoPackage Express have just launched Logo Package Forge—a powerful new extension for Adobe Illustrator that streamlines the early stages of logo design. I was fortunate to be a beta tester and jumped at the opportunity. Logo Package Forge allows you to organize fonts, test logotypes in various styles, and generate multi-line layouts or font pairings—all directly within Illustrator. It's a game-changer for creating and refining logo concepts efficiently. And here's the best part: They're offering 40% off during launch week—but only from May 12–18. Use code LAUNCH40 at checkout. 👉 logopackage.com/products/logo-… If you're already using Logo Package Express, this is a brilliant next step. If you haven't heard of it yet... consider this your golden invitation into the fold. It's one of those tools you try once and then wonder how you ever lived without it. Happy branding, happy exporting!

Since starting @relume_io 4 years ago, I've learned some valuable lessons: 🚀 What you start off with is never what you end up with We started Relume as an agency and we're now an AI Design platform. Embrace the change and know when to spot the opportunity to pivot into something. Take risks and don't be boring. 👯 Take your time to pick your cofounders Number one reason why your startup will fail. The right cofounders are the difference between pivoting your way to success and failing. Before starting Relume, I already had relationships with Adam and Slater. That gave me so much more confidence that we could be in the trenches together and I wouldn't have one of them buckle under pressure. 🏋️‍♂️ Stay healthy (Body & Mind) Startups are taxing. I've been in them for over 15 years. But one thing I've ensured is when it gets harder at work, I go harder in training and meditation. It's my single reason why I've stayed sane. I'm not trying to be an athlete, I just show up and make sure to sweat. 🫠 Growing a team is f**king hard This has been the thing that I completely underestimated. When you start a business, you just get to work on product every day. But as your product grows, you're pushed into a new role when you're growing a team, which is a change and something I'm embracing. I still don't have all the answers, but I love the people I'm working with and I'm enjoying growing into this new role. 🤑 Focus on revenue to prove Product Market fit Relume makes real money and is profitable. Ever since we launched as a product company, we've made sure the revenue covered our salaries. The reason why this is important in the early stage is if users are willing to pay (and stay), it's the greatest proof you've got Product Market fit. Also puts you in a better negotiating position if you wanna raise from a VC. 📚 Use podcasts and books as your mentors Being in Aus, we don't have full access to tech community circles and advisors. We've learned by listening to a shit ton of podcasts from people who have done it 10x better than us. We then take the principles and apply them to our business because the context is important. 😎 I f**king love it Growing this startup forces me to be the best version of myself. It's stressful, painful and I've probably mentally quit over 50 times. But I'm alive and wouldn't trade it for anything else.

Today is my birthday. As I get older, I’m constantly reminded about the important things in life. It’s not about follower counts, likes, engagement or any of that. It’s about everything that happens away from the screen. Those are the best moments. Always will be!
