Putting my daughter to bed tonight I realized the windows in her room face the same direction as my room when I was little. I have such nice memories of going to bed in the summer while the room was still glowing with light. I hope she will too.

Best redwoods are on Stream trail and French trail. East Ridge trail for sunshine and views. Drive past Grizzly peak for panorama views. Smoke another blunt? I don’t know I don’t smoke but it seems popular. Sliver pizza in Montclair. Car accident. Oakland Kaiser ER is lit on the weekend. 🤝 If you opt not to get in a car accident then def +1 for Shan Dong in China town. It’s amazing. You can watch the ladies cut the noodles and boil the dumplings at the front. Guaranteed the owner Charles Hung will be running the show like he does every night it’s a sight to behold.

For reference here is one of my first hobbyist animations with Macromedia Flash in 98. No other program made it so easy for someone with no formal training to build animations and make them interactive. From here I went on to making loads of animations, banners and interactive experiences with fancy designers at top ad agencies. Everything I do now has some connection to what I learned way back then. Fortunately we have @SVGatorApp @rive_app @LottielabHQ and others empowering the next generation of artists.

Adobe Animate will be discontinued. @adobe has been legendary at destroying great products.

@galluzzo_julian Coded an entire CMS manager but I had to manually change marginRight: 4px to margin: 2px. “The icon needs to be centered in its container” just wasn’t working 😆 .
