@Vodacom decided to shift to your fibre but huge regret! I’ve been trying to get my fibre sorted for the last two days and now I’m told it’s incorrect configuration and we need to wait 24/48 hours losing out on productivity and having to buy data for the team due to your issues

@AbsaSouthAfrica please can you explain how a credit card account I paid off 3 years ago remains open after asking it gets closed. I’m told I have to wait 5days before it can be closed off and I cannot escalate the matter because management is working remotely?
