To clarify how recent NCAA rule changes affect the draft: Auto-eligible prospects, those 22 or turning 22, like Narcisse Ngoy CAN (and will) be drafted and stashed in college. Early-entry players, by contrast, forfeit their NCAA eligibility if they keep their name in the draft

Dillon Mitchell is an outstanding defender. He's a very good rebounder for his size. He can pass the ball. The challenge is that Mitchell can't shoot. Not even a little bit. Curious to see how he fits as a wing in Boston's system.

@The_Locksmith10 Oh! Got it! I make a projection on options and non-guarantees based on intel and my opinion. We're all doing the same thing, which is why we'll all vary somewhat. I do not remove guaranteed salary unless there is credible reporting of a waive-and-stretch happening.

@KeithSmithNBA Yeah I get that, sorry if my Q is confusing. I’m basically asking when you yourself calculate up “cap room” or “team salary”, what are you actually including? I see different numbers all the time for the same team. What’s the most helpful number/what do FOs prioritize?

51 of my top 60 players were drafted. I'm pretty happy with that result. Highest player on my board that went undrafted was Quadir Copeland, who I really like, and think should be a priority UDFA.

Another one of my favorite "My Guys" Malique Lewis goes to the Bucks! Lewis popped big time a couple of years ago in the G League when he was with Mexico City. Plays extremely hard. Showing signs of shooting it a little bit. Love this pick for the retooling Bucks.
