To be very sincere, I'd say I had up to 10k applications. I discarded over 4k emails after reading them to streamline the process. I replied and corrected up to 3k applications. Left others after going through them. Now, N400k/month is a reasonable salary amount in Nigeria. Let's be honest. I think it wasn't all about the unemployment rate that skyrocketed the applications. Rather, some just wanted a GREENER PASTURE; which is fine. While you're at that low paying job; upscale yourself, polish your CV, invest on yourself, and look for a better paying job. How about that?
