My experience today with @amazon has single handedly caused me to commit to looking ANYWHERE else for items I need before ordering from @amazon. Rather than a go-to, it will now be a last resort. #AmazonDoBetter

@AmazonHelp Yup. I’m sorry to hear it too. Extremely disappointing. I “chatted” in the app with customer service and spoke with a rep live. I’ve been told there is NO resolution (refund, replacement, etc) @amazon can offer until Sept 6th - which of course is MUCH too late. Uber frustrating!
