As a paramedic I will not pretend to see spiders when a patient is hallucinating about spiders. I will also not pretend you are a different gender than what you actually are. It is ethically and morally wrong to play into someone’s psychosis. Thats just fact. It’s also wrong to put anyone who has mental problems in positions of authority.
