- the branch manager essentially lied to us re. Having met the Lexis Nexis founder, and what’s actually worse refused to do anything about the issue. Yeah “Enterprise cares”…

After talking to customer care, still no progress. by the way: - in the event of a failed check, Lexis Nexis have confirmed to us that THERE IS A PROCESS that Enterprise Branch managers can follow/use to correct the error. We’ve called Lexis Nexis several times to confirm this.

@RyanSvenJohnson @enterprisecares I've got to say I am NOT impressed by your customer service. Your Earlsfield branch can't add my wife as second driver (Lexis Nexis check fail?) and ignoring agreed LN/Enterprise process for resolving. Not the first time either.

@TheOverspill the other interesting thing about passwords: many (most?) actually prevent you from creating long random passwords (e.g. Diceware approach)!! Now, perhaps Passkeys will finally solve the issue (although the experience isn't great/consistent)

@Jose_Cong Same in China/Asia. There's a generational thing about it as well: odd how in my company "younger" people use it. I don't mind it...much, except for this: It assumes the recipient has time to listen to you. Your time > mine?! Reading easier to gauge "urgency".

It is interesting to how voice notes are a major thing in Latin America. There seems to be a higher level of comfort sending and receiving voice notes vs text messaging (and phone calls). I do have to say, it feels more personal than reading a text and less of a hassle to carry on a conversation on a regular phone call. Voice! 🤗
