@Halfords_uk so now after 35 minutes I’ve been cut-off my call. I was being transferred to customer services to escalate my complaint.
Will they call me back or will I have to start the process all over again?

@Morrisons refused to speak to me after numerous attempts to contact you over a payment issue you caused and now I receive a letter from a debt collector. You blocked my credit card due to your system errors, I couldn’t buy food or medicine while my daughter and I had covid!

@Morrisons What is going on Morrisons! For the last 4 weeks I had had deliveries cancelled "due to payment issues" yet when I reorder it gets delivered?? I have spoken to our card provider and changed the payment to a different card and it's cancelled again! What else can I do??

@Morrisons are now just not replying to messages sent to them on their system failure when it comes to taking payment. It’s been a week now. I’ve always triumphed @Morrisons before but this last week their handling of a problem caused by them has been abysmal #morrisons

@Morrisons My vulnerable mother relies on you to get her shopping. The changes to payment authentication has failed on her account. Called last night and followed instructions. 3 different cards later, still not working. Now a 60 minute wait to speak to someone. Not acceptable

@Morrisons There’s clearly an issue with your card payment system for online deliveries - maybe rather than texting and emailing customers in excess of 20 times a day you could look into what’s causing the issue?

@Morrisons Please stop sending emails and texts saying that payment has failed. My card is fine and your system isn't. Myself and all the others affected will shop elsewhere until you fix your system. Many of us will not return to shop with you. Expensive glitch.

@Morrisons yet another payment been unable to be taken called customer service's yet again yesterday cleared caches and history added card details as asked to,for the unteenth time, the lady assured me payment would be able to be taken this morning. I knew I'd have to ring back

@Morrisons Would be good if you can get the problem sorted with online grocery payments. I've been unable to checkout an order for 2 weeks now using my debit card, which works fine for all other online purchases. My bank states that my card is ok and the problem lies with Morrisons.
