@ZARA_Care I got my order and one of the item (pillow) was sent in a wrong size. Tried to contact CS via chat few times (disconnected while waiting for an answer). Finally got connected, proven that I got wrong item and then I was told to wait for an email...

@ZARA_Care being told today to wait yet another 48 hours for a response to an issue I raised one week ago. All I’m asking for is to receive my items or have a refund. Blows my mind that such a large company operates in this way

@ZARA_Care 10 items were missing from my order. I’ve been trying to get this resolved for a week now and no one is helping. I’ve asked for your complaints procedure and been told it’s what’s app. However I’m told every day to wait 24 hours

@ZARA I’ve tried speaking to you via every channel. Most recently someone hung up on me. I have everything documented. Ultimately I just want my delivery which was due last week. I have sent a DM here, Facebook and what’s app. I still have no resolution. Image of order attached

@HelloFreshUK just had order - missing ingredients and recipe cards. Was chatting (on line) and asking for a refund and to cancel order but got cut off! Not a great service really!
