I'm increasingly convinced that burnout doesn't come from working long hours or weekends. Burnout comes from working on things that drain your energy with people that do the same.

@dmuthuk I went through this for my entire family as well. This is such a cumbersome process and involves many officials asking for “tea expenses”. This also has major repercussions if not done properly. This affects property documents, legal heir certificates etc.

I've officially changed my name from D.Muthukrishnan to Muthukrishnan Dhandapani. Basically, I've expanded the initials. I've done this for the entire family and all official records have been updated. Twitter is the last place now I'm updating. This concept of initial instead of last name is unique to this part of the country. With everything getting digitalised and small mismatches in names becoming big issues, decided to follow the convention of first name as my name and last name as that of my father. For my son too, I've done similarly. My wife chose to keep her last name as mine, that of spouse. Everything got completed only yesterday. So updating the same now in my public profile.
