I was in the middle of taping on my iPhone for a social video from the White House North Lawn when we heard the shots. It sounded like dozens of gunshots. We were told to sprint to the press briefing room where we are holding now.

UPDATE: Manor PD says the 3rd suspect has been located and detained. No ongoing threat to the public at this time.

Here are the highlights of what we know so far: -A 15 and 17-year-old are in custody in connection with the shootings -A 3rd suspect is still at large, according to Manor police (MPD) -The 3rd suspect is described as a Hispanic male in his mid-to-late teens, last seen wearing a gray shirt and black bottoms -At least 12 separate shots-fired incidents reported -4 people were shot: 1 critical, 3 with non-life-threatening injuries -Suspects allegedly stole multiple guns and vehicles during the spree -The two teens in custody have not been interviewed and will be taken to juvenile detention -Motive remains unclear as the investigation continues @KXAN_News
