These claims are being made by the crooked lawyers who know that they are trying to instigate fraud on KPC, and then they comment as if they are innocent in the destruction of KPC.
The letter acknowledges that KPC paid over Ksh 4 billion to KRA for Zakhem's tax obligations. If this payment was made pursuant to valid agency notices, KPC would have lawfully discharged its debt obligation to that extent.
The letter's characterisation of KPC as "denied having received this balance" while simultaneously confirming that KRA received the funds creates an internal contradiction.
The aggressive tone and the phrase "we pursue our client's rights as we have done in the past" suggests a pattern of aggressive litigation strategy.

Some other car hire guys showed me a movie bruh. I hired a prado @ 16.5k for two days in Dec. Its delivered at 8:30 pm on Friday. Next day when I needed to use it at 8:30 am, they switched it off remotely using the tracker. They feigned not knowing what's happening until 4:30pm, then they switched it back on. Fast forward to Sunday evening, they refuse to add me time and in fact demanded that I drive the car to the next customer at Nation Centre at 6:00pm. That chic ain't never getting business from me again, ever.
