Kinda surprised to find out Keybase.io sold to Zoom. It is kinda the antithesis of the type of thing they seemed to be building (though admittedly, I mostly used them as a verifier of my gpg keys.). Anyone recommending or using alternatives that they like?

@keyoxide @stirlospace @_DanielSinclair instance because there is no more sysadmin of anything. There is therefore way more resiliency. Some P2P designers even couple DHT with blockchains to secure more some important informations regarding user accounts. A good example of such double P2P architecture is #TwisterP2P

@keyoxide @stirlospace @_DanielSinclair I hope you will go full true P2P with a DHT in the future. It worth it. Currently you have the same model than mastodon, a federation of small autonomous servers. Why not walking the last few inchies and going full P2P ledger ?

So just read that Keybase has been sold to Zoom, who I heard were not very trustworthy? Should one change? Is there a better alternative? @Mathieulh you still using it?
