@EliLillyandCo I have been on #zepbound for 7.5 months. Today, the needle did not deploy into skin and then retracted. How do I log complaint and get reimbursed for this injector, meds were not deployed?

@flonase #sensimist I am on my 3rd bottle of Sensimist that is full and not dispensing dose. I have filed with website, but not getting reimbursed without receipt. I can send lot and photos/videos. Please make this right and reimburse or send new product.
