@bobcardofficial 5 attempts over 3 days in the morning and evening on 1800 1210 and 1800 2090 to reach a human and I've been unable to get past the ivr. Each call gets auto disconnected with the message technical issues and lines are busy. Need credit card assistance. Help?

@srini091 @girishmallya @bankofbaroda don't see how this can become a primary card if such regular/basic spend categories are excluded. it must be deliberate. they probably want to just focus on their margins based on the commercial terms for the buying/selling of points/miles. hence, steer spends on etihad primarily

I visited your branch at 411045 and 400006 but they shared a number to call and the sales person said the process to accept applications for this card has not been set yet so they aren't able to accept applications. Please advise.
