The US has saved more foreign lives than any civilization in history (if you don’t recognize the names/programs listed here like Foege etc., utilize an American service like Google to learn something) and has contributed a bit more than its fair share to the general weal in the form of useful knowledge etc. (count the Nobel laureates, native-born or otherwise). “People” who make anti-American grievance a significant portion of their personalities generally aren’t crushing it in life.
