I seem to be cribbing about stuff a lot on X. Well, I had two flights recently. One from Durgapur to Bangalore and the other from Bangalore to Chennai. Both were on @IndiGo6E and both were extremely pleasant. Thanks for making flying less stressful for me. All the best!

I was wondering if there is a lesson some where about my pathetic experience with @flyspicejet and the only thing that comes to mind is - there are two types of people - the first teach you how to be, the second, how not to be. @flyspicejet is firmly in the second category

I guess what is working in the favour of airlines like @flyspicejet is the sheer numbers in the population that we have in #India - they don't care if they loose even a few thousand customers every other week because there are so many who get lured by their "cheap" pricing

As an update here is @flyspicejet DM to me and my reply to it (don't bother reading) it's the usual we regret the inconvenience
I have recieved so many trespasses done by them from irate other passengers... All of whom swear they will never fly them again.

Totally agree @flyspicejet is a wild disguised as a sheep biting their passengers at the slightest opportunity

@khurshed @flyspicejet Some months back Spicejet cancelled the flight for no reasons. There is no use of booking spicejet in advance in lure of low prices. Customer end up paying almost highest price by booking again on urgent basis.

It is a pity that one gets charged for extra baggage. #Airlines have stopped keeping #newspapers & magazines as it costs money to carry. Read somewhere that every Kg flown from Mumbai to Delhi costs 100/-in fuel consumption alone

I have been reminded to read their policy about excess hand luggage with a link and again assured they "regret any inconvenience caused"
When I wrote out my point of view I was advised that @flyspicejet has already addressed my concerns. This time there was no regret mentioned.

@flyspicejet seems to like sending direct messages only on Instagram because here everyone would be able to read them. So far, I have been told what their extremely rude staff told me. And according to them the case is closed unless I choose to escalate.

If they are doing this so rampantly ... It's a wonder they are still operational. Come to think of it even in today's flight there were quite a few empty seats...

I agree @jayeshjgd24 - I would never fly with them if I had a choice. Unfortunately there is no other flight from Mumbai to Porbandar... Though next time I would rather go by train.

@khurshed @flyspicejet I am more shocked that u are banning @flyspicejet for their overcharges of hand weight .. Their flights are pathetic. No good seats , no armrest, loose screws on wings ! I stopped flying with them since last 2years.
