@vfsglobalcare please I just need to know who I should contact regarding queries on courier service fee refund. I have cancelled the service and requested a refund but it's yet to be processed for about 4 weeks. The visa application was done from the Abuja office, Nigeria.

@gtbank Hello,, please how could somebody make a transfer for almost 5days and you guys deducted the money and refused to transfer or refund? what sort of irresponsibility are we dealing with? why can't you just tell us that you can no longer serve us.
