Get ready for a brand new Ontario Place. We’re building Ontario Place into a vibrant, year-round waterfront destination, with more than 50 acres of free public parks, a new Ontario Science Centre and world-class, family friendly attractions.

The new Finch West LRT is officially open! It's part of Ontario's nearly $70 billion investment in the largest transit expansion in North America - including the biggest subway expansion in Canadian history. Let's get riding! 🚈🚆

.@Yvan_Baker calls himself a "straight shooter" but he's not being straight with his constituents. During his time in politics, his government closed 7 jails! We are fixing that, adding 10 jails and 1,000 new beds across Ontario.

The Supreme Court just struck down the one-year mandatory minimum for child porn possession. Let that sink in. Instead of protecting our children, they're making it easier for predators to walk free. This isn’t justice, it’s a disgrace.

"At the federal level I have been pushing for longer sentences, stricter bail laws..." Your party *is* the governing party. Either you haven't been pushing for "longer sentences, stricter bail laws" or you aren't very good at it. Either way, it's a failure. "No matter what the federal government does to strengthen bail laws and the criminal code, if the province does not...." The mental gymnastic required to make that statement should win you a gold. The feds need to strengthen bail laws and the criminal code. Not doing your job because others might not do theirs is a pathetic excuse. #BailReform

The revolving door of violent criminals out on bail, and illegal crime guns coming across the border, are a direct result of failed policies he supported. Ontarians know that when it comes to fighting crime, having the backs of everyone that dons a uniform, and fighting hard for #bailreform, it is our government that meets the moment. As PA to Finance you left the provincial justice system in shambles. We have had to do more than our share to get the system on track. We have added extra Associate Judges and 100s of millions to make up for your shortfall. Time to reverse your destructive policies. #BailReform

Proud to take part in the Minister’s Panel at this year's #OHBA Conference with my colleagues. We had an important discussion on cutting red tape and working with municipal partners and homebuilders to keep the dream of homeownership within reach for families across Ontario.

Saddened by the passing of the Hon. Jim Bradley, a true gentleman, statesman, and Niagara legend. Having had the opportunity to work closely with him on many issues over the years, I will never forget his thoughtful insight, his great sense of humour (“thank you for that mercifully brief introduction” will always be a classic!) and his understated, effective advocacy. Just a few weeks ago, he joined me to announce a historic water infrastructure investment in Niagara, and his unwavering love for this region and its people shone strong. With twinkling eyes he told me that “this is more than a good start” (he often would jokingly say funding from other levels of government was “a good start!”). He has touched more projects and the lives of more people in Niagara than likely any politician in the history of our region, and province. And I know so many will be forever grateful for the life, legacy, and friendship of Jim Bradley. A good man, and a fierce advocate for Niagara.

Yesterday, I was proud to join @AnthonyLeardiPC to deliver the largest grant in LaSalle's history. This investment in the Howard-Bouffard water system will unlock the potential for 10,000 new homes of all types, supporting growth and opportunity in the community.
