@AdvNaveenSharma We have been dealing with biases for too long.The wives in family court have two defence lawyers. One her own lawyer if he fails than you have the " Male" judge who feels it is his duty to defend her.Or is it because HE is simply scared. Prefer Lady Judges in Family Courts.

Enlighten me if this has happened before that at the stage when all petitioners have argued, almost all respondents have argued, there's already an Amicus, another person who's opinion on the matter is out & open in media, her inclination is all evident, is appointed as Amicus.
