I have put a lot of effort and energy into helping you guys avoid traps, and I sincerely hope you didn't follow the hype and FOMO into a bull trap yesterday. While the hype channels were screaming, "THE BIGGEST BULL RUN OF YOUR LIFE STARTS TOMORROW", I was warning you about a cluster of resistance and a divergence in order flow that hinted towards a rejection that materialized later in the day. ICYMI, Bitcoin closed yesterday's D candle inside the Bear Flag structure, but above the 21-Week SMA. Price has been flirting +/- the 21-Week SMA ever since. For now, neither the Bear Flag nor the Cup & Handle have been invalidated, so both are still in play. PA is still mimicking 2022 which had 3 consecutive weekly candles interacting with the 21-Week SMA: • The 1st one was just short of the 21 WMA by < $100, just like last week’s was. • The 2nd one wicked past the 21 WMA similarly to what we saw Wednesday, but this W candle isn’t done yet. • The 3rd one pushed above the 21 WMA before the FTX crash dumped it -22%. Of course the odds of another Black Swan aligning candle:candle like that are slim, but thanks to the Manipulator-in-Chief, there is no shortage of Black Swans circling the pond. If we are going to see a divergence from the 2022 roadmap in the near future, there’s a high probability it develops between now and next week/EoM. Without a clear breakout or a more decisive rejection that takes BTC back below the trend line, the alpha lives in order flow. The drama is far from over, and the order book is primed for volatility. Look for high conviction setups in both directions that are supported by directional order flow. If you don't have that clarity. Wait for it patiently.
