@surface is there a way to get a replacement for the surface buds charging case? lost mine and don't want to spend full price on new set of earbuds just for the case.

@ShilpaRan it's super hard to find a website in the saved passwords page on edge app on Android. can we get a search box for quickly finding the webpage similar to chrome?

@surface unfortunately, yes. is it expect to auto disconnect as soon as the buds are put back in the case and lid is closed?

@amazon am a big user of announcements. over last few months it's become increasingly hard to make the announcements go through. after speaking the message Alexa simply ignores it thinking I am not talking to it. this is very frustrating. happens across my 8 devices. pls help.

@AmazonHelp pls note that this issue happens even if I speak in English. it just thinks I am not talking to it.

@AmazonHelp this is not a case of Alexa understanding me, I speak in my native language and for announcements it should just be forwarding my voice message. like I said it happened across devices across restarts. it has to do with Alexa trying be smart abt when someone is talking 2 it.

@DirtyTesla is it just me or the Tesla when doing lane changes tends to be more aggressive on initial angle of lane change. little jerky at times even when there was enough time and space to do it more gradually.

@surface I had the device replaced and I still have the issue. will I be able to get some help or would I have to live with assistant trigger not working :(

@surface additionally since yesterday touch and hold has completely stopped working. tried factory reset as well!

@surface having a lot of trouble using Google assistant with surface buds! the first 2 seconds of me speaking (even if I start speaking a second after I hear the beep) are lost.. can you help..
