@kingray305 The USA invaded/occupied Puerto Rico, so its part of the USA. In PR (pop. 3.2 million) they speak Spanish, and 41-43 million USA citizens also have Spanish as their first language. Spanish is also taught as the second language in the USA, so there's no reason not to know Spanish!
