Battery Line 2 has successfully completed Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), validating system performance under real operating conditions ahead of installation! This milestone reflects the disciplined, process-driven execution required to scale advanced manufacturing.
Line 2 is purpose-built to expand overall production capacity and incorporates key enhancements, including a single-piece flow configuration, increased process redundancy, and advanced pick-and-place gantry systems to drive faster cycle times and improved efficiency.
These design improvements, along with the Thorn Hill building layout, are expected to translate into meaningful gains:
1. Raw material travel reduced from approximately 2.09 miles to 0.29 miles —86% reduction
2. Line length reduced from approximately 478 ft (Line 1) to 288 ft (Line 2) — 40% reduction
Next stop: installation at the Eos Thorn Hill facility.

🚨 Here is the full 40 minutes of my crew and I exposing California fraud, Minnesota was big but California is even bigger... We uncovered over $170,000,000 in fraud as these fraudsters live in luxury with no consequences. Like it and share it, the fraud must STOP.

I really like this analysis. I'd like to buy more than one cybercab when ready but only have room for one in my driveway. Maybe there is a business opportunity to store cybercabs in local areas and charge a bit of rent for those using it for storage/charging/cleaning

Widespread error in the Tesla network in Thailand for I think a fairly short time, and looks resolved now.
We noticed a 500 error in our app. My wife checked online and many other Thai Tesla owners were reporting a similar problem.

🚨 My Tesla literally saved my life yesterday. What started as a normal drive turned terrifying fast. I unintentionally fasted for 17 hours, took some medicine, and had a severe allergic reaction. My body shut down—I passed out while driving on the freeway, mid-conversation with my wife on the phone. Thank God my Tesla had Full Self-Driving engaged. It detected I lost consciousness (thanks to the driver monitoring system), immediately slowed, activated hazards, and safely pulled over to the shoulder. No crash. No danger to anyone else on the road. My wife heard me go silent and knew something was wrong. She used @Life360 to alert emergency services—they located me within 5 minutes. They attended to me enough for me to tell them, 'I don't want to abandon my truck here on the freeway.' So the Tesla autonomously drove me the rest of the way to the ER. I walked in, got admitted, and they stabilized me overnight. I'm being discharged today—levels back to normal, feeling grateful and alive. Huge thanks to my incredible wife for staying calm and acting fast, and to @elonmusk @Tesla @tesla for engineering cars that literally protect lives when the driver can't. This isn't just convenience—it's life-saving tech. 🙏⚡❤️
