BREAKING: U.S. Treasury is working to put President Trump's signature on new paper currency, a first for a sitting president, an AP source says. apnews.com/article/trump-…

The verdict from some quarters is in: The war is “quickly becoming a disaster.” The sooner Washington acknowledges its defeat, the better... That dour outlook seems wholly divorced from an objective appraisal of the war in its fourth week.

AOC graduated with honors from Boston University with double degrees in Economics and International Relations. Markwayne was the only Senator without even a bachelor’s degree. Hope that helps.

New: Pete Hegseth’s pastor and close spiritual advisor says he wants Texas Democratic state Rep. James Talarico to die. “We want him crucified with Christ,” Brooks Potteiger said of Talarico, as the podcast host said he prays “that God kills him.” huffpost.com/entry/pete-heg…

It's a matter of public record his legal team at Covington and Burling fucked him and did a secret side deal with the prosecution team that they hid from the court until it was exposed. Involving finagling a guilty plea from their client in exchange for the prosecution not going after Flynn's son, @realmflynnJR, to send him to prison also. Every single Covington & Burling attorney involved in that case should be disbarred just for THAT alone. When Flynn found out what his own lawyers had done to him, he promptly fired them and brought in @SidneyPowell1, who withdrew the guilty pleas and forced the government to proceed with a case that the DOJ was later PUBLICLY FORCED TO ADMIT SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN BROUGHT IN THE FIRST PLACE. This also seems to have slipped your mind. And despite the fact the DOJ itself was moving to dismiss it's own case against Flynn, we got a 9 month circus in the court of Judge Emmit Sullivan, where he attempted to keep the case going himself by refusing to dismiss it. You're a bad person, Peter Baker. And you should feel really bad about yourself.

When the U.S. and Israel attacked Iran four weeks ago, the goals were to topple the Iranian government, destroy the country’s military, security, and nuclear capabilities, and diminish its influence in the region by cutting off its support for proxy forces. On March 9th, President Trump said that the war would be over “pretty quickly.” But the Trump Administration underestimated Iran’s ability and determination to fight back, wreak chaos outside its borders, and unleash economic pain worldwide. Now the war has turned into a race to stabilize the rapidly deteriorating global economic order, central to which is reopening the Strait of Hormuz. Iran has effectively shut down the narrow body of water through which a fifth of the world’s supply of oil and natural gas flows. It wasn’t a surprise: U.S. military planners have, for decades, mapped this out as a likely scenario in the event of war with Iran. “The longer the strait remains blocked, the greater the chance of lasting harm to the global economy, and the greater the risks for Trump politically,” Sudarsan Raghavan writes.
