Older generations say “we all struggled.” Yes. But not like this. You didn’t graduate into debt + no job security. You didn’t compete with global labor + AI. You didn’t pay modern rent on entry-level pay. This isn’t the same struggle. It’s a different game entirely.

Question for you: If your Muslim neighbor demands you get rid of your dog “to respect Islam,” what would you do? Tell them to pound sand? Move the dog? I would personally tell them to pound more than sand. Or start questioning why you’re expected to change your life for their religion? In the West, dogs are family. Islam calls them impure (najis) and traditionally forbids keeping them as pets. Angels supposedly won’t enter a house with a dog. Your home. Your rules. Their religion stops at your property line.
