UPDATE: Just got out of court in Miami. The Judge extended the temporary restraining order until May 11th. There will be a ruling then. The court is now asking me to surrender my firearms. See documents below. We are filing an emergency interlocutory appeal today. Prior restraint against a newsroom is unconstitutional. Near v Minnesota. NYT v United States. This is a violation of our 1st and 2nd amendment rights. We are filing an anti-SLAAP, seeking attorneys fees and will appeal all the way, if necessary. The TRO is also based upon third party’s comments, not our reporting. Thats a “hecklers veto,” where the government suppresses or restricts news reporting because of the reaction of an audience. This is regarding our reporting on Matt Tyrmand. We published a tape of him threatening to kill me. He shot up an image of me on the front of my book with a rifle bullet through my heart. He bragged about being a SDNY informant. Comments were angry at him. He just brought a “domestic violence stalking” Restraining order afterwards in Miami family court against my news organization, and the local Judge signed off. Its hillarious that people will believe in a simulation theory but not god, like somehow god is not able to create this reality but some beeing running a simulation are perfectly able to. And the fact that there is no more proof this is a simulation than god existing, but for some reason, as soon as you remove god then the theory becomes acceptable even tho it has the same exact "problems" than god.

You’re flirting with a deep idea but don’t butcher physics to make it sound edgy, the Double-slit experiment doesn’t prove reality is some Xbox loading screen, it shows quantum systems behave like waves of probability until they interact with a measurement setup, “observer” doesn’t mean your eyeballs, it means any physical interaction that locks in a result, and the whole “renders when you look” take is a cute metaphor but it’s not how the math actually plays out in Quantum Mechanics, now Elon Musk tossing around simulation odds is just philosophical spice, not evidence, because here’s the cold truth, we have zero empirical proof we’re in a sim and zero proof we’re not, which means you don’t get to pretend you cracked the code, you’re just standing in the fog like everyone else, the real power move isn’t obsessing over whether reality is rendered, it’s mastering the game you’re already inside, because whether this is base reality or some cosmic GPU flex, the rules still punish weakness and reward competence, so instead of chasing metaphysical clickbait, build something, learn something, dominate your little slice of the universe, simulated or not.

Double split is a scientific lab experiment proving quantum mechanics’ “wave function collapse” this is not a theory anymore it’s empirical proven by several experiments by many physicists across 3-4 different countries and 3-5 decades of different experiments. The conclusions are that Humans control what they observe this proves consciousness so it’s not a sim per se like the movie but we are in an environment that changes as we observe it. It’s extremely abstract a space that we must study a great deal more in order to understand it. Somehow and I’m no physicist so if someone is out there correct me but I can explain the best I know is if we can combine or streamline code and/or mathematical definitions with quantum mechanics then we’ll see that there is literally written code in everything around us. But I must be clear it’s a simulation like some machine is sitting somewhere writing software and simulations and we’re his or its video game. Humans control the simulation with our perception and observations.. That’s all I got

So sad my message to you is this it doesn’t matter what you believe or what you think bc the day of reconciliation is coming so my advice to you is to get to know your Maker but if you choose not to may God have mercy on your soul.
