By the end of your PhD, there will have been many pilot experiments that didn't pan-out for one reason or another. Just came across an image I took of sparse viral transduction of fluorescent markers in developing Purkinje neurons (~p14). At least the data is nice memorabilia ✨

@jimbuctwit Data viz rater: Lose the horiztonal graph lines. Lose the y axis labels since your data has number labels...you can even lose the y-axis line. Less is more. R-G color blindness is not uncommon - use different colors. 6/10 @ratemyskyperoom @kjspin7
