A dropped sale for a huge college football game that SH knew about a month before the game and intentionally failed to notify my client about until about an hour before the game. They offered him replacement seats in the 400s when he had purchased prime tickets in the best 100s. They are just so dirty. Their attorneys stood behind these facts until you see in the order that they conceded full liability after the hearing ended. They wasted all of that time — 10 months and a two-day hearing — to finally admit liability after all that

Why did @StubHub @TeamStubHub refuse for 10 months to refund my client $.01 of the $5,600 refund he was entitled to and then admit at the end of arbitration that he was owed all $5,600? How did it feel when the arbitrator awarded my client $35,000 and further ordered you to pay $30,000 in arbitration fees?

Fantastic name for a defendant here. A defense right in the name.
Set up a business called something like "Non-Breaching Party, LLC" if you want to make a good first impression on the judge.

A guy I used to work with hit me up last night. Dude was making $260k in tech. Nice house, $4,700/month mortgage, two cars, vacations every few months. Got laid off 7 months ago. Still nothing. Said he’s down to $22k and burning $5,500 a month. Wife at home, one kid. He told me he checks his bank app before he even gets out of bed now. This is someone I saw winning in real life. Save your money. Because when it flips, it flips fast.
