i am deeply skeptical of the wisdom of the current ai lab product paradigm:
1) one model for almost all use cases .
2) one “super-app” platform

dear woke right "independent journalists" & influencers:
H2B visas are a completely different visa category, used for seasonal work, primarily dominated by nationals from central and latin america (mexicans ~ 70-80% of the visas)

I don't think this will work, actually. People know that "UBI as the solution to AGI" means "you and your descendants become fully dependent on government largesse, for all eternity".
That scares the shit out of most people.

Actually this is correct and I'd go further. Beyond PR, the moral move is for big labs to start heavily investing in UBI lobbyists, thinktanks, whatever, to mitigate the risk of economic upheaval. A better world is possible!
