Codex + GPT-5.5 xhigh. Po raz pierwszy mam tak, że ciężko wyobrazić sobie lepszy model do pracy asystenckiej, agentowej, kodowania. Z takich rzeczy, które wymagają poprawy: 1) Design + lepiej brzmi po angielsku "taste". 2) Mocniejsza integracja z Goals (taski tydzień+). 3) Wydłużanie okna i poprawa pamięci.

We’re rebuilding Open Mercato as an AI-native company. At this stage, we would’ve had 20 people before. We have 4. That gap shows how much needs to change for companies to stay competitive in the next few years. When we sold Divante, I had 350 people on payroll. My takeaway: more people = more complexity, politics, resistance. Today, GTM at Open Mercato is: me + Maciej + agents from Perplexity AI and Anthropic. We manually do ~20% of what a full GTM team used to do. The rest? Automated: – market research + conference outreach + content seeding – turning every conversation into structured knowledge → content → auto-published (no CMS clicking) – lead qualification (ICP + how we can actually help) – follow-ups + pipeline hygiene If you’re building from scratch today, you can skip entire layers of inefficiency. Default mindset: - first check if AI can do it - only then hire One thing AI doesn’t have? Agency. Vision. And that slightly irrational belief: “this will work anyway.” To actually use AI well, you need two things: 1. Know-how - not theory, but real workflows (for me: community learning loops) 2. A tech base - something that lets you ship custom apps fast into production (that’s why we’re building Open Mercato) AI won’t replace founders. But it will brutally expose the ones who don’t adapt.

przekroczyłem limit 2000 słów tygodniowo na @WisprFlow i bez zastanowienia wziąłem wariant płatny. To tool, który zastępuje pisanie, mówieniem. Działa to tak, że klikasz jeden klawisz 'fn' w polu tekstowym i zaczynasz mówić, co normalnie byś napisał, a narzędzie formatuje Ci tekst, tworzy akapity itp, praktycznie się przy tym nie myląc. Co więcej, dzięki temu też widzisz, jak się wypowiadasz i możesz świadomie zapanować nad tym, aby się nie powtarzać itp, ale to już pewien efekt uboczny. Bawię się tym narzędziem ~miesiąc, ale zdecydowanie ułatwia odpowiadanie na wszelkie wiadomości, czy to na slacku, mailu, czy podczas pracy z Claude. Wispr. Dawno żadne narzędzie mi tyle czasu nie oszczędziło i zarazem pozytywnie rozleniwiło. :) #polecam. wisprflow.ai

I have quite some thoughts about Krakow startups/talent landscape after meeting all the folks: - It was extremely inspiring to see those 17-year-olds already doing absolutely stunning things (like yc), having a great mindset, being humble and confident at once in a very good way - We have a great talent pool of 25+ yo people, but a few things concerned me: - In SF, you’d likely hear “I work on this and that.” - Here you often hear: “I work at this software house, but in reality I’d love to work on this and that.” Some hypotheses and conclusions: - for those young folks - some help and guidance (maybe financial) might make a difference between them creating a unicorn or doing it for someone else - There is huge wasted potential of creating great products here and creating some “valley” which is drained elsewhere and also might be caused by some suboptimal mindset which I’m not sure what could fix
