Dina Pule? ANC tradition trumps right and wrong? How did she leave parliament the first time? Here is a reminder: July 2013, President Zuma removed her as Minister of Communications. Even by Zuma's low standards, she was not fit for office. A parliamentary ethics inquiry subsequently found that she had breached Parliament's Code of Ethical Conduct. Pule had failed to disclose material aspects of her relationship with Phosane Mngqibisa, enabling him to benefit improperly from government-related activities. She also misled the inquiry on key facts. Public Protector Thuli Madonsela issued a report finding that Pule had acted unlawfully and unethically, concluding that she had "persistently" misled investigators and recommending that she apologise and repay public funds spent on Mngqibisa's travel. And today, 13 years later, @CyrilRamaphosa thinks this doesn't matter. It matters to many voters and you can not wish us away.

Dear #Comrades2026 runners. When last did you run? Tell the truth. Are you cheating on your rest period because you "feel fine?" Me? I'm really tempted to run. Mornings are magnificent in DC and I miss the sound of my footsteps as the neighborhood sleeps. People run very late here so I'm often alone for long stretches. I miss the fresh crisp air and watching the sun rise in the middle of my run. I've been tempted. Very tempted. But I haven't cheated. Yet. Lona? Are you cheating on Rest?

Obviously questions about the organization have to be asked but as runners we have questions to answer as well. Too many of us take way more water than we need only to throw away a few sachets a few meters from the table

As it wasn't an official sponsor of the FIFA World Cup, Levi's was asked to hide its logo on Levi's Stadium (Santa Clara, California). And they did it in the smartest way possible. #WorldCup #FIFAWorldCup #Levis

The Mourning Friend Who Found the Body Now Faces Murder Charges On 23 March 2026, Riaan Scheepers (52) was allegedly murdered while looking after a house in Swartruggens. He suffered multiple stab wounds to the torso and a head injury. On 25 March, Hendrik Pretorius reported finding Scheepers' body lying near a flower bed at the property and told media he had last seen him alive on 23 March. In the weeks that followed, police traced leads involving goods allegedly stolen from Scheepers' home that were advertised on local WhatsApp groups. A search warrant later led to the seizure of Pretorius' cellphone, where investigators reportedly found messages discussing the alleged murder weapon. On 9 June 2026, Pretorius (59) and Benjamin Roos (42) were arrested and charged with murder and house robbery. They appeared in the Swartruggens Magistrate's Court on 11 June 2026 and were expected to apply for bail on 17 June 2026.
