@circularing Still not working, all updates up to date and still won’t sync! This is not going well! Shame I had high hopes, but I expect things are not going to get better. Just bug after bug.

@kpgmel here are a few quick steps that usually help: Force close the app completely and reopen it. Make sure you’re using the latest app version — the most recent Android version is 28.7.4, and an update (28.7.8) is being released this week to improve sync stability.

@circularing I keep getting notifications asking me to sync my ring, but when I try it gets to 70% then the app crashes! What is happening.

So, this afternoon I got home to find a lovely letter from @northernassist telling me about how they wanted to prosecute me for using the below ticket to travel on the specified route at a peak time. I paid £1.90 less than the fare they say I should have paid. A thread 🧵
