The latest Nasscom-Zinnov report shows a very encouraging trend in India’s tech landscape and Bengaluru’s leading role in it. In 2025, Indian tech start-ups raised $9.1 billion, a 23% year-on-year increase. Deeptech funding grew 37% to $2.3 billion, with AI driving 91% of investments. The report also highlights how India’s deeptech ecosystem is concentrated, with Bengaluru leading on scale, talent and repeat founders. The Dept. of @ITBTGoK is backing this growth decisively. Through the DeepTech Decade Programme, we have committed ₹600 crore towards a dedicated Deeptech Fund. This is complemented by ₹1,000 crore under the Local Economic Acceleration Program #LEAP to decentralise innovation and ₹150 crore for ELEVATE NEXT to support deeptech startups with up to ₹1 crore each in grants. Karnataka has always stayed ahead of the curve in technology and our policy clarity and targeted fund backing continue to make it the best destination in the country for tech startups to scale.

ವಿಶ್ವ ಜಲ ದಿನ ನೀರು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಜೀವಿಯ ಬದುಕಿಗೆ ಆಧಾರ. ನೀರಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಬದುಕಿಲ್ಲ. ಭೂಮಿತಾಯಿ ತನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ಹಚ್ಚಹಸುರಿನ ಹೊದಿಕೆ ಹೊಂದಿ, ಸಮೃದ್ಧವಾದ ಪರಿಸರವನ್ನು ನಮಗೆ ನೀಡಲು ನೀರು ಅತ್ಯಗತ್ಯ. ನೀರಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಜೀವನದ ಒಂದು ಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನೂ ಊಹಿಸುವುದು ಅಸಾಧ್ಯ. ಆಧುನಿಕತೆಯ ಭರಾಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂದು ಭೂಮಿ ತಾಯಿಯ ಗರ್ಭದೊಳಗೆ ಕೈ ಹಾಕಿ ಅವೈಜ್ಞಾನಿಕವಾಗಿ ನೀರನ್ನು ಹೀರುವ ದುಷ್ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳು ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಅತಿಯಾದ ಅರಣ್ಯ ನಾಶದಿಂದ ನೀರಿನ ಮಟ್ಟ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ನೀರಿನ ಮೂಲಗಳ ಸುಚಿತ್ವವನ್ನು ಹಾಳು ಮಾಡಿ ನೀರಿನ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟವನ್ನು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳು ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಜೀವಿಯ ಬದುಕಿಗೆ ನೀರು ಅತ್ಯವಶ್ಯಕ. ಜಗತ್ತಿಗೆ ಜಡವಾಗಿ ಕಂಡ ನೀರಿಗೆ ತಾಯಿಯ ಸ್ಥಾನವನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟು ಗೌರವಿಸಿದ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ ನಮ್ಮದು. ಅಮೃತ ಸಮಾನವಾದ ಜಲದ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣೆ ನಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರ ಹೊಣೆ.
