The guy who tossed a large rock at the protected monk seal Lani in Lahaina Maui was in Seattle federal court. Igor Mykhaylovych Lytvynchuk got released but had to surrender his passport. He faces up to one year in prison and up to 70 thousand dollars in fines.

@RepJackKimble @cdenton71 Avg. American works 5 /wk =261 days. IF they get avg. 10 days paid vaca = 251. Avg annual FT salary = $64k. You make > 3x avg salary, work over 100 days < , full benefits, pension & huge expense accounts to pay for travel, meals, staff etc.
