I had my bag stolen in the City of London. My cards are now being used by the robbers, showing a clear pattern of travel/activity focused on Finsbury Park and Brixton. This is a potential lead!

@airindia horrible customer service in Mumbai. I can't understand why you have a weight allowance as 46Kgs and don't allow a bag of 26Kgs through. None of your staff explained a valid reason to me, and insisted I should have the brains to carry 2 bags from next time.
